ADULT OPEN GYM
Everyone ages 16 and older is invited to come out and have fun in the gym! Former gymnasts, cheerleaders, athletes? This is time set aside for adults to explore their gymnastics capabilities and improve upon/ learn new skills, jumps, coordination, flexibility, and balance! AOG is offered EVERY Saturday evening from 6:30-8:30 PM. (Some holiday closing exceptions.)
$15 for non-members
$10 for members

Anyone ages of 16 or 17 will need a guardian to sign on their behalf before participation.
If for any reason, (for a first-time participant) the legal guardian can not be present during enrollment or drop-off, the necessary legal release waiver is available below. This document must be printed, filled out by the legal guardian, and brought with the student.
