NGTC offers Private and Semi-Private Parties
All Birthday Party Registration is done through the calendar on our website.
The Calendar will only show what is STILL AVAILABLE! If you do not see the day/time you are looking for, that means it has already booked.
After deciding which date and time slot you would like to sign up for, please click the link to register and fill out all of the necessary information. If you do not see the day/time you are looking for, that means it is no longer available. After completing your online registration you will receive an email confirmation. Upon registering for your party there will be a $100 nonrefundable deposit due that will hold your party time and go towards your total party cost. Everything You Need To Know:
On the Monday before your party, one of our staff members will email you to confirm the details for your party, as well as complete the payment for your party. If we do not get a response to the email, the payment will be ran on that Tuesday.
Here’s what to expect the day of your PRIVATE party :
- You will have one hour in the gym followed by 30 minutes in the party room. You will have the entire gym to yourself during the play portion, and the party room we have for you is larger than the semi-private parties.
- We offer a private party starting every hour, which means that our parties overlap. However, you will still be alone during your designated gym time and in the party room time!
- Upon arrival, you will bring your party supplies back to a designated area near the party room. Someone will be at the front to help show you where to take your supplies. The party before you will be finishing up in the gym before you start, and then head into the party room for 30 minutes.
- Once it is time for your party to begin, AND ALL PARTICIPANTS HAVE SIGNED IN, you will be called into the gym to go over the rules and start your play time!
- Once the party before you is finished in the room, our Set Up/Clean Up person will quickly clean up, then start setting up your party. Setting up your party will likely take place about 45 minutes into your party. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HELP. Please feel free to enjoy the play part of your party and let us do the work!
- During your party, the parents are welcome to hang out in the lobby, gym, or upstairs. NO ADULTS ALLOWED ON THE EQUIPMENT.
Here’s what to expect the day of your SEMI-PRIVATE party:
- You will have one hour in the gym followed by 30 minutes in the party room.
- We offer a semi-private party starting every 30 minutes, which means that our parties overlap. The gym will be separated into two sections, the front half and the back half, and your party will be separate from the other one happening at the same time.
- Upon arrival, you will bring your party supplies back to a designated area near the party room. Someone will be at the front to help show you where to go.
- Once your participants arrive, they will SIGN IN, and then get a colored wristband. Each Semi-Private party will only have 20 wristbands available. We cannot accommodate more than 20 participants.
- Once you first are led into the gym, you will start in the front half of the gym. This will include teal floor, preschool area, a blow up AirTrack, TumblTrak, and our recreational vault, bars, and beams.
- 30 Minutes into the party time, your party will be led to the back half of the gym. This will include the white trampoline, another TumblTrak, foam pit, gray floor, ninja area, and the rope swings.
- After getting to play in both sections, your party will be led to your own party room.
- During your party, the parents are welcome to hang out in the lobby, gym, or upstairs which you will have you yourself while your party is in the gym. NO ADULTS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE EQUIPMENT.
- As soon as our clean-up/set-up staff member finishes cleaning up from the party before you, they will set up for your party. There will always be at least 15 minutes to set up for your party (around 45 minutes after your party begins).
Some helpful tips:
- Plan on arriving no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of your party as you won’t be able to set up until after your party begins.
- 30 minutes goes by quickly! You don’t want to feel rushed or stressed out during your time in the party room. So just plan accordingly, knowing how much time there will be to set up, and how much time you have once in the room.

Birthday FAQs:
1. What is the difference between Semi-Private and Private parties?
The main difference is that Private parties will not have anyone else in the gym during the play section, and has a larger party room. Semi-Private parties are still separate from the other party going on in the gym and will still have access to the entire gym at some point.
2. Can I bring in outside food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring in any food. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED.
3. Can I pay to add just 1 or 2 children to my package?
No, our packages are based on our coach to participant ratio (1:10). For Private parties, if you are exceeding the 20 participants included, a $75 fee will be added to cover 10 more kids. **THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SEMI-PRIVATE PARTIES. WE WILL ONLY HAVE 20 WRISTBANDS FOR YOUR PARTY, AND ONCE WE RUN OUT, NO MORE KIDS WILL BE ALLOWED TO GO PLAY**.
4. Can I add additional gym time to my party?
No. If you are wishing to have more time, you will need to book back-to-back party slots.
5. When do I need to turn in a final count?
Someone from NGTC will email you to confirm your final count the Monday before your birthday party.
6. Will there be other classes or birthday parties going on during my party?
If you have a Semi-Private party there will be another party in the party room during the first 30 minutes of your party. You will have a designated part of the gym to play in. If you have a Private party, you will not have anyone else in the gym.
7. Who will count towards the number of participants?
Any child who is participating and playing during the party counts towards the headcount. Parents will not count since they are not allowed on the equipment. Siblings of party participants that are under 2 years old will not count, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
8. Can two children share the same birthday party slot?
Yes! Unless the children are twins, there is a $25 party sharing fee.

If for any reason, (for a first-time participant) the legal guardian can not be present during enrollment or drop-off, the necessary legal release waiver is available below. This document must be printed, filled out by the legal guardian, and brought with the student.
