Are you a current or former gymnast, cheerleader, dancer, or other athlete looking to advance your skills? This Adult Class is for the beginner up to the advance adult looking for some time to practice with an instructor in a safe and padded environment. Everyone 16 years and older are welcome to join this class on Mondays from 7:30-8:30 PM, or Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30 PM.

If for any reason, (for a first-time participant) the legal guardian can not be present during enrollment or drop-off, the necessary legal release waiver is available below. This document must be printed, filled out by the legal guardian, and brought with the student.
