1. What age can my child begin gymnastics classes?
Here, at NGTC, your child can begin classes as early as 18 months! From ages 18 months to 2.9 years, a parent or guardian is required to be present in the class.

2. Waitlist Policies
You may join as many waitlists as you'd like. We will contact you via email as soon as a spot opens up for you. Due to high demand and long waitlists, if we do not hear back from you within a week of contact, you will be removed from the waitlist and we will move on.

3. What should my child wear to class?
Class attire is any form of athletic wear. We only ask that restrictive materials such as jeans not be worn, as well as buttons or belts/buckles. Typical attire, leotards and shorts, are for sale in our lobby at the NGTC Pro-Shop. For the safety and comfort of any child with hair shoulder-length or longer, we ask that their hair be pulled up in a bun or pony tail.

4. Can I stop by the gym to observe a class before enrollment?
Absolutely! As a family-based facility, we welcome anyone and everyone to come check us out at any time from 10:00 AM-7:30 PM weekdays, and 8:00 AM-1:00 PM on Saturdays.

5. Does NGTC allow make-up classes?
Yes, NGTC allows 1 make-up per month (must be made-up within 30 days of absence) in an Open Gym or Preschool Play. Student must be currently enrolled to schedule a make-up. You must register in advance for these events. To use your make-up, just indicate that you are using a make-up upon registration and you will not be charged.

6. If my schedule conflicts later in the year, can I change class times?
Yes. As long as there is space available in the class you want, we can transfer your child into a different class. If there’s not space, you will have to get on a waitlist until a spot opens up.

7. Is the "Annual Membership Fee" per family, or per child?
Unlike some facilities that charge per child, our registration fee is simply per family. Membership Fees will be charged annually based on the first month of attendance.

8. How many classes does the $90/$120 per month cover?
Our monthly tuition for the recreational program includes four classes, one per week. Some months, such as December, are often pro-rated due to Holiday closings. Monthly payment calendars are available at the front desk.

10. What are my payment options for tuition?
NGTC accepts all payments in forms of check, cash, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express. All payments are due no later that the 10th of each month.

11. When is my credit card drafted each month?
If you choose to have a credit card on file, it will be drafted on the 1st of every month. If for any reason payment is declined, an alternative payment method is due no later than the 10th.

12. If my schedule should conflict, how much notice do I need to give to drop my child's class?
As a courtesy to us, we ask for a 30-day written notice if you wish to drop any classes. However, as long as notice is given before the 1st through the Unenroll form on our website (when credit cards are drafted), there will be no charges to your account for the following month's tuition.
