CLINICS
Tumbling Clinic:

This one hour tumbling clinic will allow participants to focus solely on tumbling skills such as back handsprings, back tucks, or other desired skills. Not only will our coaches improve upon your tumbling, but they will also show you helpful drills, be there to spot/ help out, and give you the boost needed to perfect your skills for cheer tryouts or just for you! Even with little tumbling experience, you are welcome come out and learn in the safe and professional environment of NGTC! The cost of the Tumbling Clinic is $15 for advanced registration or $20 at the door.
If for any reason, (for a first-time participant) the legal guardian can not be present during enrollment or drop-off, the necessary legal release waiver is available below. This document must be printed, filled out by the legal guardian, and brought with the student.

Bar Clinic:

Does your child love bars? Or is a particular bar skill keeping her from moving to the next level at NGTC? If so, the Bar Clinic is perfect you. This clinic is designed to help gymnasts of all levels master the skill that they are struggling on or dying to learn. The girls will be grouped based on desired skills, given drills and things they can do at home to help achieve their goal, and receive direct instruction for 1 hour of just bars. The cost of the Bar Clinic is $15 for advanced registration or $20 at the door. We hope to see you there!

Cartwheel Clinic:
|
These 30 minute Cartwheel Clinics allow your child(ren) to focus on the Cartwheel and the progressions up to it. Any child ages 3-12 are welcome to join us and we breakdown the cartwheel and focus on the parts that your child needs in order to progress to the next level class!
